If Aes Sedai are suppose to be paragons of virtue, perhaps Espara almost makes a good one… if you can discount her love of using foul language and her insistance on dressing in breeches… oh and her smoking. Still, this Blue Sister (now Sitter) has never let her strange habits get in the way of performing to her utmost to get the job done.
A fighter in the cause of Justice, Espara spent most of her young life as a Sister traveling with her warder Auron (RIP) righting wrongs and seeing that all felt the unblinking eye of justice no matter their station or situation. When not on the road she might have been found in taverns with her dear friends Lanfir (later to become Amyrlin Seat), Tayline (of the Greens), or her long time lover Shaneaeve (Brown Sister.)
For many years it continued this way, going from one grand adventure to the next with Auron at her side… until age got the better of her Warder and Espara considered that maybe it was time to settle down at the Tower. Here she burried her long time friend and took on the title of Sitter. Despite the many long years since that event, she still misses him and hasn’t bonded again. If she will ever take another Warder has long been a subject of whispered debate.
