Telcia Dyfelle is currently a modernest Kin living in Ebou Dar with her husband (Iussi Dyfelle) and her twin children, Jelene and Jamal.
Previously known to be an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah living in retirement, Telcia has recently be alieved of her oaths and so her ties to the White Tower… though some suspect she maintains contacts there and will answer a summons of the Hall or the Amyrlin as quickly as any full sister.
Telcia is well-known as one of the world’s foremost Foretellers, having foretold many of the major events that occured in Jordan’s books here at our RP. Telcia is also known for her talent with the Old Tongue, many attribute this to the fact that some of her foretellings have been in that language and, perhaps, have given her some insight into it.
Telcia is considered to be a strong social force, a political woman but one of heart. While her knowledge of the “common man” is slowly growing, the simple fact is she speant her life a sheltered noble and then Aes Sedai and so her actions fall short of her intentions when dealing with those of a lesser cast. Occasionally, she spends more time appologizing for being ‘haughty’ then she does actually accomplishing her goals.
While stuck in many of her ways and certainly not as “earthy” as some women, Telcia has a deep love for things that are humorus and light hearted. To realize this one only has to look at her choice of husbands… Iussi Dyfelle, an eternal clown.
